Software Request/help

Hi there

Just trying to sort a mates machine out and I need the following disk:

Windows 98 upgrade disk.

His system is running Win95 and I need to get his files updated.

I know its a long shot, but do any of you 'orrible lot have a disk lying around that will do the trick ?

Wouldn't be suprised if the weather had something to do with it... or late holidays!

We have all sorts of CD's lying around here, I'll have a look through. Judging from my track record though, probably won't be any, but I'll have a look anyway!

I might have that windows 98 update.. i'll have to have a look through my old gold disc compilations...

ps. im here, i just dont have anything worthwhile or interesting to say, apart from maybe my divx films coming out my ass comment

hope that's the case, because nothing here... but hey, if anyone is looking for a copy of Windows 3.1, or Word 6... hmmm!

Nope, dont seem to have it im afraid. Got the full cds of win 98 first and second editions. Can they just be installed on top of 95?

I only have the full install version of W98 Simon I'm afraid. I'll be happy to send you a copy if you decide to go on a formatting session

I have just found Win98se, so I may just lob that on the system instead.
