It would probably be able to handle Galaga and the early games, but can't see it handling anything after 1983. I prepare to eat my words though

Dunno.. If it can play DivX movies its got to be pretty damn fast.. My P2 400 chokes playing Divx.. So will be interesting to see just how well it works.. At 99 quid its getting cheaper all the time.. SOOOoOooO Tempted.. But like everyone else with a GBA I never play it seems silly to buy another handheld.. Although the Snes emu is *very* tempting..

Money wasted IMO .... I won't be buying another handheld until they have TV-out built in.

Cramped up gaming no longer appeals.

never has done for me..... whilst i wouldn't shell out £100 for one of these i thought it was intersting in terms of what they can do in comparison to the GBA

i was quite cobsmacked at the apparent capabilities of this machine

Yep, the GP32 is pretty cool as a gadget and exceeds the GBA in terms of raw power, but I have read that the SNES emu' is about 80% speed.

Overall it seems like a better "boys toy" than the GBA.

Like the use of Smart Media as well.
