Internet Explorer problem...

Perhaps someone can help me for a change

Got a problem in IE thats driving me round the bend..

If I try and right click on a link on a webpage for instance and open in new window the window opens but just sits there not doing anything. If I click stop and copy the path then paste it in its fine and loads though..

Also when I click on a link within an email it would normally launch a new window to the site.. It again trys but hangs again not doing anything..

Anyone got any ideas?
