I prefer to remain an enigma 8)

Saw dear old Mr Bentley the other week strolling down a lane and we had a pleasant chat about games (what else) and the probability of armageddon of the objective realm of thought within our lifetime. Very interesting.

There's just no room to be different anymore, and it sucks
I believe we are all joined by spirit, but you are right, like a 1000 oak trees, they are all of the same family, yet each have their own quirks.

The mighty $$$ is ruling the world at present.

I lived until about 22 just getting by and living off the state. And although it was sometimes difficult I enjoyed my life and was fitter and more healthy too. Then back you go  There is no honour in thrashing yourself to death doing something that you despise. Now, I'm going grey, feel like ...

Even if you do not believe in Christ and the scriptures, the essay on that link is food for thought.

Why accept the version of reality that the herd subscribe to?

Why do the herd for the most part subscribe to that version?

It is not only impossible for a man to decide, in any given period, of the progress of his existence, or what utility or consequence he may be to society; but without the faculty of prescience, it is still more impracticable for him to divine what purposes he may be intended to serve in the many my...

My friend - you have reached the point I reached within myself many moons ago and mostly now can rise above. I fully understand how you feel. Life for the most part in this society is full of crashing bores everywhere and utter pointless futility and for what? The grave. Opt out, get the hell outa t...

Or .. just become a bum, it's as valid as thrashing yourself half to death for a company who doesn't care a toss about you in reality. Or a road sweeper - the guy round here looks well chuffed and gets loads of sun and listens to music all day 8) (cynical hat removed) Hope all goes well for you - be...

Well, you could scout the place out first and see how everybody looks (if that is possible) and then judge for yourself whether the casual approach would be a good idea. But be careful. As long as your suit is not naff  , go for the suit if in doubt, as the person who is conducting the intervi...

Really sorry to hear that Moby :(

I know how you feel (kind of). I am currently nursing my own cat who recently lost her life long partner from cancer a few weeks ago.

Really depressing stuff.

 Great site, but BLIMEY .... those tools look really fiddly to use. Just read the guide to GordianKnot ... sounds ace, but HAAAAARD to follow. It appears as though you need a pretty clean and powerful system to get the most out of the tool as well. Mine is clogged up with stuff at the moment ...

Don't know to be honest Dan ... need direction really. What I'd like really is a tool that opens, you pop your DVD disk in and are given a list of what is on the DVD (ie. menu/root/main) etc and then you can choose which to rip and encode.
