Jabberwocky the DVD

Actually still rather good. Micheal Palin plays the central role in his usual foppish manner and it really suits his personality.

Love the sets - suitably dirty, full of spit'n'shit.

Wondered beforehand whether I'd still like the film after being disappointed recently when revisiting Time Bandits, which although having some decent set pieces is overall quite a cheesy film. Not helped for me by the child character (I find children generally annoying at the best of times).

But anyway, if you feel like a punt, Jabberwocky ain't too bad.
